Our forms collect the information shown on each form. Event registration does not request children’s full names. An optional youth photo may be included with a scholarship nomination.
How information is used
Submissions are reviewed only for event planning, donation coordination, sponsorship, volunteering, scholarship selection, or responding to a message. Family registrations and scholarship nominations are never published automatically.
Photos and nominations
Youth photos and nomination details are stored privately and restricted to authorized organization administrators. The adult submitting a nomination must confirm permission from the youth or their parent or guardian.
